摘要
非接触逆止器是用于防止输送设备反转或保证设备支持作用的一种安全装置,主要安装在减速机的高速轴上。其特点是体积小、重量轻、动作灵活可靠,采用多体动力学罗伯逊威滕伯格方法(Roberson/Wittenburg)建立了非接触逆止器动力学模型,推导了通用的动力学方程。对某型非接触式逆止器的工作性能进行了仿真计算。
The non-contact backstop is a safety device that can be used to prevent the transporting equipments from reversing or keeping support to the equipment. It mainly installed on the high-speed reduce shaft. The characteristics of the non contact backstop are small size, light weight, flexible and reliable. The dynamic model of non-contact backstop is built by using Roberson Wittenburg method, and the common dynamics equation is deduced. Finally, the simulation on a certain type of backstop is preformed.
