摘要
文章通过对泰中及泰北52所公立中学泰国籍汉语教师的调查问卷、个人访谈,得出了4条结论:教师大多年纪轻;汉语学习基础好;缺乏教学经验;缺乏来中国培训的资金。因此我们应当把对泰国籍汉语教师培训的主战场放在泰国本土而不是中国国内;应当重视对泰国籍公立中学汉语教师的培训;应当在固定的时间、固定的地点持续举办成系列的汉语培训,设置有章可循的培训内容,为培训提供优质的师资,提供“走出去”进行汉语培训可能存在的资金和依托等。
Based on questionnaires and interviews, this investigation research aims to reveal the features of Chinese training in 52 public middle schools for Thai teachers in central and north Thailand and reaches four conclusions : most teachers are fairly young; they have a fairly good mastery of Chinese ; they lack teaching experience; they lack founds for receiving further training in China. The solutions to these problems include the following: the major training bases should be in Thailand rather than in China; more efforts should be taken to improve their regular training; better teachers and teaching contents as well as more funds are the desirable.
