糖尿病大鼠胃肠运动障碍的实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:本文研究了糖尿病大鼠模型胃肠运动障碍及其机理,并初步探讨其治疗方法。方法:空白对照组大鼠给予生理盐水腹腔注射(n=8),糖尿病大鼠模型采用四氧嘧啶40mg/Kg腹腔注射制成,根据饮食含糖量分为Ⅰ组(低糖饮食n=8)和Ⅱ组(高糖饮食n=8),分别测定其胃肠推进指标,同时检测给予西沙比利后胃肠推进指标改变。结果:高糖饮食的糖尿病大鼠胃肠推进指标显著低于低糖饮食组及空白对照组(P<005),给予西沙比利后其胃肠推进指标显著升高。。结论:糖尿病大鼠存在胃肠运动障碍,其严重程度与血糖水平有关。 Aim:This experiment is performed to study the mechanism of gastrointestinal propulsive peristalsis abnomality in diabetic mellitus rats and its theropy.Methods:The control group was injected with 0.9% NaCl intraperitoneally.The diabetic mellitus group is injected with alloxan 40mg/Kg intraperitoneally and devided into two subgroups:group Ⅰ(low glucose food) and group Ⅱ(high glucose food),according to the volume of glucose in the food which is fed. Then we measure the blood glucose and gastrointestinal propulsive peristalsis ability.After feeding cisapride lmg/Kg,we measure the propulsive peristalsis ability again.Result:The blood glucose in group Ⅱ(118±6.6mg%) was significently higher than that in group Ⅰ(108±10.1mg%) and control group (86±6.3mg%).Its gastrointestinal propulsive peristalsis ability (32±6.1mg%) is lower than that in group Ⅰ(39±6.4mg%) and control group (46.8±9.7mg%) (P<0.05).After taking cisapride 1mg/Kg,the propulsive peristalsis was significently strengthened than that in the group which do not take cisapride (P<0.05).Conclusion: Diabets mellitus rat has gastrointestinal propulsive peristalsis abnormality and it is related with the level of blood glucose.Taking cisapride can relieve the abnormality.
