HPLC法测定复方抗病毒口服液中绿原酸的含量

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Compound Oral Liquid of Kangbingdu by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定复方抗病毒口服液中绿原酸含量的方法。方法采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C18反相色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸(12∶88)为流动相;流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长:327nm;柱温:30℃。结果绿原酸在0.051～0.922μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率为99.04%,RSD=1.31%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、重复性好、简便易行,可作为复方抗病毒口服液的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish a method for detecting chlorogenic acid in compound oral liquid of Kangbingdu with HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column of Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 （4.6 minx 250 mm, 5 μm） was used, the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution （12 ： 88）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detective wavelength was 327 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of the method was 0.051-0.922 μg （r =0.999 9, n=6）, the average recovery was 99.04%, RSD was 1.31% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is accurate, reproducible, simple and easy to do, which can be used in quality control of compound oral liquid of Kangbingdu.
