介绍了SGB630/220输送机链轮加工工艺改进,通过自制一套偏心盘、定位盘、定心轴等装夹设备,增加定位基准,在旋转盘上加工,提高链轮的质量和降低加工成本,大大提高了链轮的使用寿命。
This article describes the SGB630/220 conveyor sprockets processing technology to improve, through a set of eccentric self-made plate, positioning plate, centering clamping shaft and other facilities to increase the benchmark position in the rotating disk on the process, improve the quality and reduce processing costs sprocket greatly enhanced the sprocket life.
