精神分裂症与APOE基因的关联研究

A study on the association between schizophrenia and APO E gene

目的为了探讨汉族人ＡＰＯＥ基因与精神分裂症病因之间的关系。方法随机抽取２０７例精神分裂症患者作研究，以１６０例正常人作对照。用聚合酶链式反应（ＰＣＲ）扩增技术及限制性片段长度多态性（ＲＦＬＰｓ）技术测定所研究对象的ＡＰＯＥ基因型和等位基因。结果发现精神分裂症与ＡＰＯＥ基因的基因型及等位基因均无关联。

Objective To investigate the relationship between schizophrenia and APO E gene.Methods The genotypes and alleles of APO E in 207 schizophrenic patients and 160 healthy controls were examined with PCR amplification and Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphisms(RFLPs) technique.The significance for genetic association of APO E gene was estimated by the χ 2 test .Result There is no association between schizophrenia and APO E gene.Conclusion Our finding suggests that APO E gene may not play a major role in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia in Han population.
