中西医药物结合针刺治疗青少年闭经25例临床体会

Clinical Study for 25 Cases of Juvenile Amenorrhea by Chinese and Western Medicine Combined with Acupuncture Therapy

目的通过对青少年闭经患者实施中西医疗法结合针刺治疗,观察中西医疗法结合针刺治疗青少年闭经的效果。方法25例治疗组患者以传统中药疗法与西医治疗相结合,并辅以针刺治疗。另设25例患者,采用纯西医疗法作为对照组。结果治疗组中,治愈20例,显效3例,有效2例,无效0例。对照组中,治愈12例,显效4例,有效3例,无效6例。结论中西医疗法结合针刺治疗,对青少年闭经具有显著的治疗效果。

Objective By the clinical study of juvenile amenorrhea via Chinese and Western medicine combined with acupuncture therapy, to investigate the clinical efficiency of this therapeutic strategy. Methods 25 patients as therapeutic group, use traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern medical technology, accompany with acupuncture therapy. Another 25 patients as control, use pure modern medical technology for therapy. Results In the therapy group, 20 patients were cured, 3 patients were effectively treated, 2 patients showed impaction, 0 cases of ilJvalid; and in the control group, 12 patients were cured, 4 patients were effectively treated, 3 patients showed impaction, 6 cases of invalid. Conclusion There are significant difference between the therapeutic group and the control group. Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and modern technology show remarkable effects in the treatments of juvenile amenorrhea.
