齐拉西酮与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的对照研究 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨齐拉西酮和奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法将71例确诊为精神分裂症患者随机分成齐拉西酮组(35例)和奥氮平组(36例)进行治疗,疗程8周。采用阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,采用症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果齐拉西酮组有效率85.7%,奥氮平组有效率86.1%,两组效果相当。在药物的不良反应方面存在一定差异性。结论齐拉西酮西酮治疗精神分裂症疗效确切,对体质量影响小。
