塔河油田重质原油外输方案比选

Research of Transportation Scenario for Heavy Crude Oil from Tahe Oilfield

塔河油田所产原油大部分需利用南疆铁路输送至内地进行加工,随着油田原油产量的增加,原油外运出疆面临着南疆铁路运力紧张的局面。在对油田产能建设、原油市场变化调研的基础上,对借用中国石油管道输送、自建管道及利用铁路外运三种外运出疆方案进行了比选。结果表明,由于油品性质的差异和外输规模的不确定性,塔河原油不具备借用中国石油管道输送和自建出疆管道的条件,继续利用铁路外运是塔河原油出疆比较现实的方式。该比选成果对塔河油田的地面工程建设具有指导意义。

Most of Crude oil produced from Tahe Oilfield have to be transported by Southern Xinjiang railroad to interior areas' oil refinery.Wilth the increase of crude oil output of the oilfield,transportation of crude oil by Southern Xinjiang railroad is faced with a situation in insufficient capacity.Based on investigation on productivity development of the oilfield and variation of oil market,3 transportation programs of crude oil,that is,by taking ove Petrochina Pipelines,by self-constructed pipeline and by the railroad,are compared and selected.Results show that because of the differences of oil property and the uncertainty of transportation scope of pipeline,the former two ways for transportation of Tahe Crude Oil are not applicable,and while taking advantage of the railroad to transport crude oil is a more practical way,which is of more instructive significance in surface engineering construction of Tahe Oilfield.
