喷射泵在油罐气回收系统中的应用

摘要 从工艺流程、工艺参数选择、喷射泵结构计算等方面对喷射泵回收油罐烃蒸气技术进行了探讨。分析了环境温度、低压气吸入压力、高压动力气压力等因素对油罐烃蒸气回收效率的影响。与利用压缩机抽取大罐气相比,喷射泵回收装置具有能耗低、结构简单、管理维护方便等特点,可以大幅度降低油罐烃蒸气的回收成本,提高经济效益。 Hydrocarbon vapor recovery technology of oil tank with ejector pump is investigated from three aspects,technological process,selection of technical parameters and structure calculation of ejector and so on.Influence factors of ambient temperature,intake pressure of low-pressure vapor,pressure of high-pressure power vapor on hydrocarbon-recovery efficiency of oil tank is analyzed.Compared with compressor,ejector pump recovery facility has characteristics of low energy consumption,simple structure and convenient care,which can substantially cut down the cost of hydrocarbon vapor recovery for oil tank and increase economic profits.
