摘要
择校行为的意义体系由本体层面、主体层面和政策层面构成。在优质教育资源稀缺的情况下,社会资本力量异常重要。义务教育阶段择校行为由三个不同层面的主体执行,各主体拥有不同的社会资本力量。家庭和学校社会资本通过"马太圈"模式介入择校过程,参与优质教育资源的再分配。治理择校问题必须依靠政府,通过实施教育均衡政策、提高家庭选择能力、增加备择学校类型和提高备择学校质量才能取得成效。
The significance system of school choice is composed of meaning at three different levels the level of ontology, the level of the subject, and that of polices. In the condition that the resource of quality education is far from sufficient, the power of social capital becomes extremely important. In the phase of compulsory education, this choosing behavior is implemented by three main factors. These factors represent diverse dimensions, and own different power of social capital. Through the circle of "Matthew Effect", the family, school, a^d social capital get involved into the process of school choice and the redistribution of the quality education resource. For the school-choosing problem, government must implement balanced education policy, promote family's school-choosing ability, add selected school styles, and improve the quality of selected schools.
