摘要
本文借鉴舒尔曼提出的"教学内容知识"和格鲁斯曼提出的教学实践的三个核心概念,探讨分析了教师教育教学实践课程改革的重点,及相关教师教育教学实践研究,并结合我国师范院校教师教育实际,提出了有关教学实践课程观念更新的建议。
The authors believe that "Pedagogical Content Knowledge", as proposed by Shulman, and the three core concepts of teaching practice-representation, decomposition, and approximations of practice-as advocated by Grossman, will serve to enrich the elements of practice in Chinese teacher education. The arguments and suggestions put forth in this paper are based on the findings of an empirical research. Methods employed in the research include participation observation in schools and classrooms, as well as intense interviews of student-teachers, their supervising teachers from a normal university, and primary and secondary school instructors.
