摘要
教学质量评价是学校教育质量管理活动的重要一环,其最终目的是通过评价来改进学校教育教学质量,以确保教学满足学生全面、和谐发展的需要。笔者认为,我国学校教学质量评价需实现两个根本性的转变:一是由以学生为主要评价对象转向以教师为主要评价对象;二是由侧重"结果"评价转向侧重"过程"评价。基于这一认识,本文对现代学校教学质量评价的实质和要求进行了系统的研究与探讨。
Quality evaluation of teaching and learning, which differs from that of selective evaluations, such as examination for admission to universities, is one of the most important work in school quality management and the uhimate purpose of it is, by means of quality evaluation of teaching and learning, to satisfied students requirements of their full, complete and harmonious development. Therefore, in author's opinion, two fundamental changes should be implemented in quality evaluation of teaching and learning in our education, i.e. to switch the students-oriented evaluation to the educator-oriented evaluation; to switch lhe results-oriented evaluation to the process-oriented evaluation. In view of above-mentioned reasons, this paper has mainly probed into the essence and concrete requirements of quality evaluation of teaching and learning.
