切除卵巢所致肾虚对Ⅱ型胶原诱导的关节炎小鼠IL-2和IL-6含量的影响

Effect of Kidney-asthenia Caused by Ovariectomy on the Content of IL-2 and IL-6 in Type Ⅱ Collagen induced Arthritis(CIA)

目的探讨卵巢切除所致肾虚对Ⅱ型胶原诱导的小鼠关节炎（ＣＩＡ）的影响及细胞因子的作用。方法于ＤＢＡ／１小鼠皮下注射Ⅱ型胶原制作关节炎模型；以依赖株细胞增殖反应法测定ＩＬ－２、ＩＬ－６含量。结果卵巢切除可使关节炎小鼠脾单个核细胞的ＩＬ－２和ＩＬ－６含量显著增加；同时小鼠关节肿胀程度、滑膜组织增生、软骨损伤及软骨下骨的破坏均明显加重。结论ＩＬ－２、ＩＬ－６与ＣＩＡ发病过程密切相关，卵巢切除所致肾虚可使ＣＩＡ病变进一步加重，在一定程度上反映了此法所致肾虚与ＩＬ－２。

AIMS:to explore the effect of kidney-asthenia on CIA and the role of interleukins.METHODS:Arthritic model was made by subcutaneous injection of type two collagen;The content of IL-2 and IL-6 were determinated with cellular proliferative reaction.RESULTS: Ovariectomy made the content of IL-2 and IL-6 enhance,and the articular swelling,synovial proliferation,cartilage degeneration and bone destruction exacerbate apparently.CONCLUSION:IL-2 and IL-6 is closed relative to CIA,Ovariectomy can make the pathological changes of CIA exacerbate.The result shows that there are internal relations among kidney-asthenia,IL-2 and IL-6.
