摘要
研究南瓜多糖对四氧嘧啶型糖尿病小鼠的影响.选用昆明种小鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶造高血糖模型,选血糖值11.10mmol/L以上小鼠作为糖尿病小鼠随机分组,分别灌胃南瓜多糖低剂量(1mg/kg)、中剂量(3mg/kg)、高剂量(5mg/kg),2周后测血糖变化.结果表明,3组南瓜多糖灌胃剂量对四氧嘧啶型糖尿病小鼠均具有降糖作用,且灌胃剂量为中剂量(3mg/kg)时,血糖值由11.10mmol/L降至3.77mmol/L,其降糖效果最佳.研究结果还表明,灌胃南瓜多糖能提高糖尿病小鼠肝、肾、胰腺组织SOD活性,降低肝、肾、胰腺组织MDA含量.
The effects of pumpkin polysaccharides on alloxan-induced diabetic mice were studied.The diabetic model of KM mice was established by injecting alloxan into mice abdominal cavity.The mice with blood glucose level over 11.10 mmol/L were divided into three groups in random:pumpkin polysaccharides in low dosage (1 mg/kg),pumpkin polysaccharides in medium dosage (3 mg/kg) and pumpkin polysaccharides in high dosage (5 mg/kg).Blood glucose level was determined after polysaccharides being given for 2 weeks.The result showed that pumpkin polysaccharides can decrease blood glucose level in alloxan-induced diabetic mice,and the effect of pumpkin polysaccharides in dosage of 3 mg/kg was the best,decreasing blood glucose from 11.10 mmol/L to 3.77 mmol/L.It also revealed that pumpkin polysaccharides can improve the SOD activity and reduce the MDA content of liver,kidney and pancreas tissue in alloxan-induced diabetic mice.
