摘要
民族共生发展模式是在对我国民族发展理论及实践总结和反思的基础上提出来的一种区别于我国传统民族发展模式的民族发展范式,其核心是"共存"和"共赢"。文章详细分析该模式的具体内容以及形成机理,并依据科学性、系统化及适用性原则,构建了包括"组织模式评价体系"、"行为模式评价体系"及"战略环境评价体系"3个准则层以及9个主题层和30个具体评价指标的民族共生发展战略评价体系,为实施科学的民族发展模式提供了系统化的概念工具体系。
On the basis of the summary and reconsideration of the theory of ethnic groups' development of our country and its practice,symbiotic development model of ethnic groups is a new concept different from the traditional model.The core of this model is'coexistence'and'win - win situation.'The article probes into the concrete content and forming mechanism of this model,sets up an appraisal system for symbiotic development strategy of ethnic groups which consists of 3 criteria layers,i.e.'organizational model appraisal system','behaviour pattern appraisal system'and'strategic environment appraisal system',9 subject layers and 30 specific indexes and provides systematic tools for the implementation of a scientific symbiotic development model of ethnic groups.
