全氟萘烷在兔眼内实验室观察

摘要 目的研究全氟萘烷长期存留在眼内是否会诱发神经视网膜细胞调亡。方法选择健康青紫兰兔行玻璃体切割,注入全氟萘烷存留不同的时间后再取出。兔眼行H-E染色及TUNEL标记,观察视网膜结构、细胞形态和TUNEL阳性细胞。结果14只注全氟萘烷的兔眼中有9只呈现TUNEL阳性细胞,4只对照眼中有3只有TUNEL阳性细胞,数量极少,缺乏规律性和部位上的特异性。结论全氟萘烷长期存留在眼内所形成的细胞损害现象可能不是通过诱发细胞调亡而形成的。 Objective To evaluated the possibility of cell apoptosis in the retina using perflurodecaline fo f longterm intravitreous retention.Methods Dutch pigment rabbits were choiced to do unilateral vitrectomy,then,intravitreous injecting perfluorodealine were performed and draw it out in postoperative various intervals. Both H-E stain and TUNEL Technique were investigated in retina tissue section. The observation include construction of retina,shape of cell and TUNEL - positive cells.Results 9 of 14 eyes injected perfluorodecaline were appeared few TUNEL-positive cells, 3 of 4 contrast eyes were few TUNEL - positive. There were no regulation and specific property in position. Conclusion long-term intravitreous retention of perflurodecaline may not damage the retinal cells by inducing apoptosis.
