摘要
分析了USB插座外壳的工艺性,介绍了模具排样方案,确定了模具总体结构和关键工位的详细结构设计。实践证明,模具设计合理,结构可靠,通过桥式成形能保证零件质量,满足高速大量生产要求。
A plan of the general structure of a progressive die for a USB socket housing and its key operating positions were determined based on analysis on the manufactumbility of the product. The layout design was presented. With a bridge-type forming process, the die runs reliably and efficiently.
