分析了集线板成形工艺,考虑到操作安全性、模具加工、维修等因素,将零件分解为5个步骤成形,并介绍了各工序成形工艺过程、模具结构及关键零件设计。
The forming technique of a circuit concentration board was analyzed. In view of operation safety and some factors in die processing and maintenance, the component was shaped in five steps. The technological Processes, the die structure and design of key parts were described.
