分析了零件的排样设计,介绍了激光拼焊板高速多工位级进模设计,利用CATIA软件进行工序仿真,设计的微调刃口镶拼结构可调节模具装配与加工误差,有效保证模具的冲裁间隙。
The processing Property of the layout design for a kingrod reinforcing plate was analyzed. A multi-position progressive die for the laser tailor-welded blank was developed and the software CATIA was used to simulate the working procedure, design the insert structure of inching cutting edge and adjust the machining and assembly errors that effectively guarantees the punching clearance of the die.
