摘要
基于热轧生产计量数据分析了影响热轧吨钢电耗的五个因素:生产量、平均延伸系数、平均压下量、轧件宽度与裁剪质量,采用通径分析法计算出它们对吨钢电耗的直接影响系数及决策系数;通过多元非线性回归拟合出主要因素与热轧吨钢电耗的关系式,并基于多元回归做出了经济性分析。
Based on the data collected from hot rolling process, analyzed the influences on power consumption per ton of hot rolled steel caused by five factors, including production, average elongation factor, reduction rate, work piece width and cutting quality. The method of path analysis was applied to calculate these factors" direct influence coefficient and decision coefficient on power consumption per ton of steel. Also the relationship of the major factors and power consumption per ton of steel was pre- dicted through multiple nonlinear regressions. Economic analysis was carried out using the method of multiple regressions.
