加热炉排烟系统烟气偏流原因分析与对策

摘要 针对鞍钢1700ASP生产线2号加热炉排烟系统烟气偏流问题,对烟道结构和换热器结构特点进行技术分析,并采用热工测试手段找出了煤气换热器局部漏损原因。具体为外部烟气流量大、内部煤气分流不均、气体流量小等。并提出了改烟闸为双轴双板结构,风箱安装分流板,增加空气换热器换热面积的应对策略。 A technological analysis was done for gas pipe and heat transfer focused on asymmetric gas problem of No. 2 reheating furnace in Ansteel 1700ASP rolling line . The cause of gas heat transfer leakage, that a mass of outlet gas, uneven distributed gas before heat transfer and not enough gas flow, was found by thermal test. The treatments including changing the gas door to 2 - roll - 2 - ban style and installing the divergence board and increasing the heat transfer area of air heat transfer were promoted.
