针状焦回转窑内二次风口数值仿真及结构优化 被引量:3

摘要 利用CFD软件在不同工况下对6 t/h回转窑进行数值模拟。在只设置一次风口的工况下,分析出影响温度场及剩余挥发分浓度场的主要因素。据此提出改变回转窑结构,设置二次风口的物理模型。通过模拟计算,得出较为合理的温度场、氧气浓度场以及剩余挥发分浓度场,确定了二次风口位置,优化回转窑结构。这对于提高针状焦熟料的煅烧质量和节约能源有重要的意义。 By using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software the 6t/h rotary kiln was simulated in different condition. When only set up first nozzle, the main factors that influence temperature field and residual volatilization concentration field were researched. The physics model that change the structure of rotary kiln and adding secondary nozzle were put forward. Finally by carrying on numerical simulation, a more reasonable temperature field, velocity field, pressure field, oxygen density field and density field of surplus volatile compound field were obtained, the position of secondary nozzle was obtained, and the structure of rotary kiln was optimized. It has important significance to improve quality of agglomerated material burning and save coal gas.
