摘要
基于炼钢烟尘内循环现状,结合炼钢烟尘产生机理及COMI炼钢工艺原理提出烟尘内循环工艺技术。根据COMI炼钢工艺控制炼钢烟尘内循环工业试验研究发现,COMI炼钢工艺控制转炉烟尘内循环效果较好,与常规工艺相比,烟尘量平均减少约12.50%,烟尘中TFe量平均减少约12.75%,为炼钢烟尘实现内循环创造条件。
Based on the current situation of inner circulation for the steelmaking dust, the inner circulation research process technology combining mechanism of steelmaking dust production and COMI steelmaking theory was propose. It gives better effect based on the inner circulation research of steelmaking dust by COMI steelmaking process control. The average amount of dust is reduced by 12. 50 percent in this experiment compared with the conventional one, while T - Ire in dust is reduced by 12.75 percent. The research will provide advantage to realize the inner circulation research of steelmaking dust.
