摘要
从知识和资源网络的分析视角,提出了一个理论框架和仿真模型,对企业技术创新能力系统演进的驱动因素进行了研究。结果表明:①企业内外因素对系统演化的影响必须依赖和通过企业知识、资源存量及结构。②知识和资源存量增加对系统演进的影响依赖于知识和资源结构优化度,在相同增加率的情况下,存量增加对系统的驱动力远小于结构优化度增加。③增加存量的内外驱动因素对系统的影响小于增加结构优化度的内外驱动因素。④企业知识和资源结构优化度是系统的核心驱动因素。⑤在投入约束下,企业应优先考虑提高企业知识和资源系统结构优化度。
This paper puts forward a theoretical framework and the simulation model from the knowledge and resources networks' perspectives, studies the innovation capabilities. The results showed driving factors that:① The on the evolution of the enterprises' technological internal and external factors' influence on the system's evolution rely on or get through the stock and structure of the knowledge and resources in enterprises. ②The influence on the system's evolution of the increase of the stock of knowledge and resources, depends on the optimization of the knowledge and resources" structure, at the same increasing rate, the stock's impetus is much smaller than the structure's on the evolution of the system. ③ The drivingfactors which increase the cumulate sum affects the system less than the factors which increase the structure's optimizing degree .④The structure optimizing of the enterprises. knowledge core driving-factor of the system. ⑤ In the condition surviving investing-constraints, and resources is the the enterprises should first make effort to enhance the structure optimizing level of their knowledge and resources system.
