摘要
在高校科技创新平台绩效概念界定的基础上,对高校科技创新平台绩效形成机制进行系统分析;借鉴相关学者的研究成果及作者在科研管理工作中的实践经验,构建陕西省高校科技创新平台绩效评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,并以陕西省13个高校科技创新平台为例进行了实证分析。
Based on the definition of the scientific and technological innovation platform of colleges and universities, this paper gives a systematic introduction to the scientific and technological innovation platform of colleges and universities. Drawing on the author＇s practical experience on scientific research and the related research achievements, the paper constructs the evaluation index of the scientific and technological innovation platform of colleges and universities, and determines the index weight by the method AHP. At last, taking 13 colleges and universities in Shaanxi for example, it carries on the experimental analysis and comes to a conclusion.
