The Based Theories and Research Methods in the Studying of Enterprises' Performance:Based on the Literatures of SMJ and AMJ

摘要通过检索1998-2008年战略管理领域的期刊《Strategic Management Journal》和《Academy of Management Journal》中题目包含"performance"的文献,甄选了174篇研究绩效的文章,从基础理论、研究方法、样本选择与规模、问卷回收率以及相关的时间分布等方面对文献进行了归类和排序。分析了绩效研究相关理论和方法的进一步发展和趋势。 We searched 174 pieces of papers which including the keyword ＂performance＂ in ＂Strategic Management Journal＂ and ＂Academy of Management Journal＂, the top journals in studying strategy and management areas （1998-2008）. These literatures are classified by based theories, research methods, samples selection and quantity, the return ratio of questionnaires, and the distribution in time of these items, then we analyzes these different sorts of literatures. The development and trend of different theories streams and methods in performance studying are presented.
