摘要
在回顾浙江省"十一五"农村水电主要工作的基础上,分析了当前和今后一个时期面临的形势,提出了"十二五"期间水电工作的指导思想、主要工作、重点项目,以及必要的保障措施,较全面阐述了下个五年计划浙江省农村水电发展战略。
In retrospect of the work over the period of the ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂ （2006--2010）, the article presents a comprehensive ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ （2011--2015） on rural hydropower development in Zhejiang by analyzing the situation of the present and the near future, and proposing the guiding principles, major tasks, key projects and necessary safeguard measures.
