土壤施硒对大蒜生理特性、含硒量及产量的影响 被引量:20

摘要 采用不同量亚硒酸钠进行大蒜土壤施硒的田间试验,研究硒对大蒜生理特性、含硒量及产量影响。结果表明,0.45 g/m^2硒施用量,大蒜叶片叶绿素含量最高,超氧化物歧化酶活性最大;大蒜鳞茎硒含量随硒施用量的增加而显著提高,硒含量最高可达1.4 mg/kg,为对照的100、72倍,其全硒、有机硒和无机硒含量也随之提高,且有机硒的转化率与硒用量增加成正比,0.75 g/m^2硒施用量转化率高达93.1%;硒施用量低于0.6 g/m^2时有利于大蒜增产,硒施用量0.45 g/m^2时增产最多;综合各因素,大蒜土壤施硒以0.45 g/m^2为宜。 The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of application of sedium selenite to soil on physiological characteristics,Se content and yield of garlic. The results showed that the highest chloro- phyll contents and the most SOD activity of leaves was 0. 45 g/m2 of Se. The Se content in bulbs signifi- cantly enhancement of Se addition,and the highest was 100.72 times than CK to 1.4 mg/kg,total Se,organic Se,inorganic Se increased also, the transformation rate of organic Se was in proportional to the Se dosage. Less than 0.6 g/m2 of Se was advantageous to yield of garlic. When the Se dosage was 0.45 g/m2 , the greatest yeild of garlic could be increaded. By comprehensive comparison, the feasible Se dosage was 0.45 g/m2.
