苜蓿叶象甲的防治药剂筛选及毒力测定 被引量:7

摘要 在室内条件下,采用玻璃管药膜法,从10种杀虫剂及1个混剂对苜蓿叶象甲成虫及各龄幼虫的毒杀筛选试验中,选出6种药剂进行毒力测定。结果表明,瓢甲敌室内毒力最强,其对苜蓿叶象甲成虫及2至4龄幼虫的LC_(50)值分别为4.511 0,1.1 035,6.527 1,82.154 2 mL/L,其次为甲维盐+顺式氯氰菊酯混剂及印楝素,甲维盐+顺式氯氰菊酯混剂对苜蓿叶象甲成虫及2至4龄幼虫的LC_(50)值分别为6.657 6,2.889 4,12.636 0,32.570 2 mL/L,印楝素对苜蓿叶象甲成虫及2至4龄幼虫的LC_(50)值分别为12.471 8,5.383 6,6.333 9,71.257 9 mL/L。 By using the method of film bioassay in laboratory to do the pharmacy test of alfalfa leaf weevil's adults and larvae from 10 insecticides and 1 mixture insecticide in the laboratory,in order to choose 6 insecticides to do the toxicity test. The result showed that:ladle-enemy has the highest toxicity, its values of I.Csu to alfalfa leaf weevil's adults and 2nd--4th instar larvae are 4. 511 0, 1. 103 5, 6. 527 1, 82. 154 2 mL/L respectively,and then folowed by emamectin benzoate+ beta-cypermethrin mixture insec- ticide and azadirachtin,the mixture insecticide's values of LCs0 to alfalfa leaf weevil's adults and 2nd--4th instar larvae are 6. 657 6,2. 889 4,12. 636 0,32. 570 2 mL/L,respectively and azadirachtin's values of LCs0 to alfalfa leaf weevil's adults and 2nd--4th instar larvae are 12.47t 8,5. 383 6,6. 333 9,71. 257 9 mL/L respectively.
