中西医结合治疗失代偿期肝硬化的临床观察

Clinical observation on decompensatory liver cirrhosis with TCM WM

目的：探讨在西药综合治疗基础上加用中药“化瘀益气汤”治疗失代偿期肝硬化患者的临床疗效。方法：９９例失代偿期肝硬化患者随机分为２组，治疗组５１例给予“化瘀益气汤”以及西药治疗，对照组４８例给予单纯西药治疗。观察治疗前后２组患者临床表现、肝功能、透明质酸（ＨＡ）、脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）及免疫指标的变化。结果：治疗组临床疗效总有效率９０．２％，对照组总有效率７２．９％，２组比较有显著性差异（χ２＝９．７２，Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗后治疗组肝功能、ＨＡ、ＬＰＯ以及免疫指标均有明显改善，与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ均＜０．００１）。结论：在西药综合治疗基础上加用“化瘀益气汤”治疗失代偿期肝硬化疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Huayu Yiqi Decoction on the basis of western medicine in treatment of decompensatory liver cirrhosis.Methods:Ninetynine cases of decompensatory liver cirrhosis were divided randomly into treatment group (51 cases),which treated with Huayu Yiqi Decoction and western drug,and control group(48 cases),which treated with western drugs alone.Then,to observe the clinical picture,liver function,hyaluronic acid (HA),lipid peroxide(LPO) and immune parameters before and after therapy.Results:The total effective rates were 90 2% and 72 9% in treatment group and control group respectively;there was obvious difference between 2 group (χ 2=9 72, P <0 01).In treatment group,the liver function,HA,LPO and immune parameters were improved obviously after therapy,they were obvious differences as compared with before therapy and control group after therapy (all P <0 001).Conclusions:There are better therapeutic efficacy of Huayu Yiqi Decoction on the basis of western medicine treating decompensatory liver cirrhosis,it is safeness and no toxic reaction.
