聚氨酯硬泡夹芯保温轻墙的制备及力学性能研究

摘要 聚氨酯硬泡夹芯保温轻墙是在两层混凝土轻质墙板中间喷注聚氨酯材料,利用聚氨酯发泡成型过程中良好的粘结性能将双层轻质混凝土墙形成一个整体,具有良好的保温、隔热效果,符合我国轻质、节能、环保的政策。本文研究聚氨酯硬泡夹芯保温轻墙的制备方法,并通过试验揭示其受力性能和破坏形态,获得聚氨酯硬泡保温轻墙板的抗弯承载力和轴心受压承载力等重要参数,研究结果可为科学研究和工程应用提供参考和依据。 The insulation sandwich light panel is composed by two-storey fly ash concrete wall panels and polyurethane foam core component. Using the good bond ability of polyurethane foam to make the two concrete cover work together. This type of panel has excellent thermal and moisture insulation ability, and it is a new type of green building material, low investment, low cost and broad market. Especially it can meet Chinese energy saving, environmental policy. The construction method of this type panel is researched in this paper, and some specimens were designed for test. The mechanism performance and failure pattern can be revealed. And some important parameters are gained, such as bond strength, bending bearing capacity and axial compressive capacity of sandwich light panel and so on. All of this may be helped for the science research and engineering applications.
