摘要
利用MSC.Patran、MSC.Nastran、MSC.Fatigue软件,通过对某设备的弹簧片结构进行强度和疲劳寿命分析,详细地探讨随机振动疲劳仿真分析技术的流程及实现过程:即首先对结构进行频率响应计算,得到弹簧片的传递函数,再将此传递函数与输入的功率谱相乘,获得弹簧片的应力功率谱密度,再结合材料参数,选择合适的疲劳损伤模型,利用频域方法计算结构的疲劳寿命。通过对真实结构进行的随机疲劳试验证明仿真所得结果与试验结果处于同一量级,仿真的结果真实可靠。
The MSC. softwares, such as MSC. Patran, MSC. Nastran, MSC. Fatigue are used in the strength and fatigue life analysis of a leaf spring structure of a certain device. The process simulation and realization of the process random vibration fatigue a-nalysis are studied in detail: That is, first of all, calculating the frequency response of the structure to obtain the transfer function, then multipling this transfer function with the input of the power spectrum to obtain the power spectral density of stress of the leaf spring, combing which with the material parameters, and selecting the appropriate damage model. So it is able to figure out the fatigue life of the leaf-spring structure through frequency-domain method. Comparing the simulation results with the experimental results of the real structure proves that the two results are in the same order of magnitude, so the accuracy and reliability of simulation results are reliable.
