中西医结合抢救急性氟乙酰胺中毒30例

Thirty patients with acute fluoroacetamide intoxication treated with TCM WM

目的：观察中西医结合抢救急性氟乙酰胺中毒的疗效。方法：对３０例急性氟乙酰胺中毒患者采用西医常规疗法，包括洗胃、乙酰胺解毒、镇静解痉、吸氧、纠正酸中毒及营养支持等，同时加服中药大黄及羚角钩藤汤治疗。结果：治愈２９例，死亡１例，治愈率９６．６７％，平均住院时间８．５日。伴抽搐的２５例患者经治疗当日抽搐停止１８例，第２日抽搐停止６例，第３日抽搐停止１例。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of TCM WM on acute fluoroacetamide intoxication.Methods:Thirty cases of acute fluoroacetamide intoxication were treated with rhubarb and Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction(羚角钩藤汤) on the basis of western medicine,including gastric lavage,detoxication,sedative,spasmolysis,oxygen inhalation,correct acidosis and nutrition.Results:Twentynine cases were cured,1 case was died,the effective rate was 96 67%;the mean hospitalized time was 8 5 days ;18 patients were stopping spasm at that day following therapy among 25 cases with spasm; 6 cases were stopped next day and 1 case was stopped at third day.Conclusions:There has a better therapeutic efficacy of TCM WM treating acute fluoroacetamide intoxication.
