摘要
目的对穿心莲内酯的基本理化性质进行考察。方法利用高效液相法测定穿心莲内酯在不同温度的水溶液、不同油相及不同溶出介质中的溶解度。结果穿心莲内酯在水相中的溶解度非常低,在油相中的溶解度较高,属于脂溶性很强的药物。结论考察了穿心莲内酯的基本理化性质,为其临床制剂研究提供理论依据。
Objective To investigate the basic physical and chemical properties of andrographolide. Methods The solubility of andrographolide in aqueous solution at different temperatures, different oil phase and in different dissolution media was determined by HPLC. Results The solubility of andrographolide in aqueous solution was very low, and was higher in the oil phase. The andrographolide was highly fat - soluble drugs. Conclusion The investigation of basic physical and chemical properties of andrographolide can provide theoretical basis for its clinical research
