达州市小学党员教师心理健康状况调查

A Survey of Psychological Health Status of the Primary School Teachers As Chinese Communist Party Members in Dazhou City

目的了解达州市小学党员教师的心理健康状况,为提高党员教师的心理素质工作提供参考。方法采用SCL-90量表对103名达州市小学党员教师进行测评。结果小学党员教师的躯体化、强迫症状、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、精神病性因子得分高于全国常模(P<0.05或P<0.01);女性党员教师的强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性因子得分高于男性党员(P<0.05);青年党员教师的人际关系因子得分高于中年教师(P<0.05);党员教师阳性检出率为36.9%,女性教师阳性检出率高于男性教师(P<0.01)。结论达州市小学党员教师心理健康状况较差,尤其是女性和青年党员教师,需要建立心理卫生服务体系。

Objective To investigate psychological health status of the primary school teachers being Chinese Communist Party members in Oazhou City,and to provide references for bettering teachers＇psychological qualities in Dazhou City. Method The symptom checklist （SCL-90） is used in the test of the psychological health status of the primary school teachers being Chinese communist party members in Dazhou City. Results Com- pared with those at national average level these teachers＇ score is higher in factors of somatization, compulsion, anxiety, depression, hostility and psychosis （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The significant differences （P〈0.05） exist in the symptoms of compulsion, depression, anxiety and psychosis between male and female teachers, with males higher. In interpersonal relationship, significant difference （P〈0.05） exists between the middle and young teachers,with the young higher;Of all the tested teachers, the positive ones accounted for 36.9 %; The rate of the positive female teachers is higher than the positive male teachers（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Mental health of primary school teachers as Chinese Communist Party members is yet to be improved, especially for the female and younger teachers. And a system of mental and medical service needs to be built in time.
