广东省高等院校医疗机构人员情况调查分析

An Survey on the Personnel Situation in Medical Establishments in Institutions of Higher Education in Guangdong

目的了解高校医疗机构设置和人员构成情况,为高校医疗机构建设提供参考。方法对广东省41所普通高校医疗保健机构进行调查,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果41所院校固定服务对象人数与医务人员人数比例为933∶1;医务人员与学生人数比例从高到低依次为校本部、大学城校区、民办院校、独立学院;医疗机构人员年龄多在45岁以上;高、中、初级职称人数分别占16.3%,52.0%,31.7%。结论应加强高校医疗机构人员配备和提高医务人员专业知识水平,为高校师生提供更好的医疗及预防保健服务。

Objective To explore the organization framework and personnel structure of the medical establishments in institutions of higher education in Guangdong and to provide reference for the construction of medical such establishments. Method The authors of this paper have conducted a survey on 41 medical and health care establishments in regular institutions of higher education in Guangdong province, based on which a statistic analysis has been made. Results The ratio of the number of the regular service targets to that of the medical personnel is 933 ： 1; The medical personnel-student ratio descends in the order as follons; the main campus of universities, the campus in the university town, the non government founded institutions and independent institutions; Most of the medical personnel in those medical establishments are over 45 years old; and percentage of the personnel who have senior, middle and primary titles is 16.3%, 52.0% and 31.7% respectively. Conclusion It is highly necessary to provide with more medical personnel and to upgrade the professional knowledge of the medical personnel in medical establishments in institutions of higher education in Guangdong with a view to ensuring better medical and health care service to staff and students as well.
