摘要 本文介绍了BEIR推荐的线性假说——根据高水平辐射效应的数据,线性外推到低水平,作为估计低水平辐射效应的方法,评论了线性假说的各种证据,分析了低水平辐射的癌危险度。同时,阐述了低水平辐射效应的潜伏期、危险持续期,讨论了年龄与辐射剂量及癌症发病的关系。 In this paper, the linear hypothesis recommended by BEIR was introduced, according to data from high-level radiation effects,linear extrapolation to low level,as an estimate of the method of low-level radiation effects. Furthermore, the linear hypothesis of a variety of evidence was evaluated, and low level radiation risk of cancer was analysed. Also,the incubation period and hazard duration of low-level radiation effects was elaborated on, and the relationship between the age and radiation dose and cancer incidence was discussed.
