摘要
目的:探索精神分裂症患者在语音和音乐刺激时闭眼眼球活动的特征。方法:对70例精神分裂症,34例情感性精神障碍和33例正常对照者进行语音和音乐刺激,观察其闭眼眼球活动(CEMS)的变化。结果:精神分裂症组中,r波次数的平均秩和与情感性精神障碍相似,但高于正常对照组(P<0.01);s波则分别低于后二者(P<0.05~0.01);此外,每次语音刺激前和刺激时的r波次数均无显著性差异。CEMS值与BPRS、SANS、SAPS总分以及药物剂量之间多数无显著性相关。结论:可见精神分裂症患者的CEMS存在着明显障碍。
Objective:To study the effect of verbal and musical stimulation on closed eye movements (CEMS) in schizophrenic patients. Method:CEMS was recorded with electro occulograph in 70 cases of schizophrenia, 34 manic depressives and 33 normal controls.The mental state was monitored with BPRS,SANS and SAPS. Results:The mean rank sum of the number of r wave in the schizophrenic group was similar to that of the manic depressive but significantly higher than the controls ( P<0 01 ) while that of S wave were markedly lower than both of the latter groups ( P<0 05 & P<0 01 respectively).There was also no significant change in the number of r wave before and after verbal stimulation.No significant relationship was found between the CEMS and most clinical parameters like the BPRS,SANS,SAPS and dosage of neuroleptics. Conclusion:Abnormalities of CEMS in schizophrenic patients may represent specific biological marker for the disease.
