脂肪性病变的脂肪抑制技术诊断——附13例分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:利用脂肪抑制技术诊断脂肪性病变。方法:13例脂肪性病变患者在国产低场磁共振机上作SE序列及脂肪抑制扫描。结果:脂肪性病变表现为T1WI高信号、T2WI中等高信号,或病变含有T1WI高信号、T2WI中等高信号结构;STIR脂肪抑制均呈低信号。结论:由于多种情况下均可出现T1WI高信号,而脂肪抑制技术能特异性认定脂肪组织,因此。 Purpose:To detect fatty pathological cchange using fatness suppression.Methods:13 patients with fatty pathological change were scanned using SE and fatness suppression on the lowmagneticalfield domesticallyproduced MRI machine.Results:Fatty pathological was acted intense T1WI signal,middle intense T2WI signal, and it was included component with intense T1WI signal, middle intense T2WI signal; and it all acted minimal fat suppression signal.Conclusion:Since intense T1WI signal can be produced in conditions and fatness suppression is specific to identify fattytissue,fatness suppression is an efficient distinguishing methods for fatty pathological tissues and pathological change with intense T1WI signal.
