摘要
目的:利用脂肪抑制技术诊断脂肪性病变。方法:13例脂肪性病变患者在国产低场磁共振机上作SE序列及脂肪抑制扫描。结果:脂肪性病变表现为T1WI高信号、T2WI中等高信号,或病变含有T1WI高信号、T2WI中等高信号结构;STIR脂肪抑制均呈低信号。结论:由于多种情况下均可出现T1WI高信号,而脂肪抑制技术能特异性认定脂肪组织,因此。
Purpose:To detect fatty pathological cchange using fatness suppression.Methods:13 patients with fatty pathological change were scanned using SE and fatness suppression on the lowmagneticalfield domesticallyproduced MRI machine.Results:Fatty pathological was acted intense T1WI signal,middle intense T2WI signal, and it was included component with intense T1WI signal, middle intense T2WI signal; and it all acted minimal fat suppression signal.Conclusion:Since intense T1WI signal can be produced in conditions and fatness suppression is specific to identify fattytissue,fatness suppression is an efficient distinguishing methods for fatty pathological tissues and pathological change with intense T1WI signal.
