缺血性卒中二级预防研究中动物模型的选择应用与思考

Application and thinking of animal model in secondary prevention study of ischemic stroke

动物模型是医学研究中的重要工具,缺血性卒中作为危害极大极具研究价值的常见病、多发病,其二级预防研究却缺乏合适的动物模型。在分析了卒中的几种危险因素及相应的动物模型后,提出以血栓易发症大鼠(STR)作为缺血性卒中二级预防动物模型的大鼠,并进一步展望其在缺血性卒中研究中的应用前景及中医症候动物模型中的应用价值。

Animal model is an important tool in medical research. As a very exciting potential hazard of common and frequently-occurring diseases, ischemic stroke is lack of appropriate animal model about secondary prevention. After analysis of several risk factors for stroke and its corresponding animal model, we put forward STR as a secondary prevention of ischemic stroke animal model of rats.And made the further evaluation of the promising application of STR in the ischemic stroke study and TCM syndrome animal＇s study.
