摘要
目的:初步探讨碘普罗胺脂质体作为肝脏网状内皮系统靶向造影剂的可能性。方法:采用经典的薄膜分散法制备出包裹碘普罗胺的脂质体;电镜测脂质体粒径分布;观察静注碘普罗胺脂质体后大鼠肝脏的CT密度变化(n=6)。结果:本文制备的碘普罗胺脂质体粒径为0.89±0.64μ,静注2ml脂质体造影剂后(含碘量为320mgI/只)可以观察到肝脏持续的靶向强化,强化高峰为给药后30分钟。结论:脂质体能有效地改变水溶性碘造影剂的体内分布,实现选择性肝脏强化,对提高肝脏病变的检出率有重要帮助。
Purpose:To assess the efficacy of Iopromide loading liposomes as the CT contrast agent for hepatic reticuloendothelial system.Methods:Iopromide loading liposomes were prepared by film dispersion method.The partical sizes of liposomes were determined through electron microscopy.The dynamic curve of liver opacities in rates (n=6) were calculated before and after intravenous administration of the liposomal contrast agent (320 mgI/rat).Results:the iopromide liposomes which developed here ranged 0.89+0.64μ in diameter,were sequestered by normal phagocytic kupffer cells and caused a persisting remarkable liver enhancement.The greatest density changes were peaked at 30 minutes after injection of the liposomes.Conclusion:Iopromide loading liposomes effectively change the biodistribution of iopromide and results in selectively hepatic enhancement.It is a promise contrast medium for improving detection of liver lesions.
