摘要
目的采用反相高效液相色谱法测定胃炎康胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱；流动相：乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（30：70）；检测波长为265nm；流速为1．OmL·min^-1。结果盐酸小檗碱线性范围9．78～48．90μg·mL^-1，平均回收率为98．9％，RSD=1．1％。结论方法简便，结果准确。能有效控制胃炎康胶囊的质量。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of berberine hydrochloride by RP-HPLC. METHODS The determination was carried out with Symmetry C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoril acid solution（30 ： 70）. The flow rate was 1.0mL.min^-1 and the detective wavelength was 265nm. RESULTS The content of berberine hydrochloride Indirubin can be determined by RP-HPLC. The linear concentration ranges of these compound were 9. 78-48. 90μg.mL^-1. The average recoveries were 98.9%. CONCLUSION The method was simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of Weiyankang Capsule.
