摘要
本文综述了近年来国内外对胡桃科胡桃属植物核桃楸的化学成分及药理活性的研究进展。核桃楸中主要化学成分有萘醌及其苷类、二苯庚烷类、黄酮类、有机酸、萜类等,其药理作用主要有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗HIV、镇痛、抗菌等,有必要对核桃楸作进一步的研究。
This article has summarized the studies on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Juglans Mandshurica Maxim. in recent years. Juglans Mandshurica Maxim. possesses many active constituents and strong pharmacological activities. We think Juglans Mandshurica Maxim. will be applied widely and should be studied more deeply
