减毒增效升白汤联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤200例临床分析

Clinical analysis of chemotherapeutics with Jianduzengxiaoshengbai decoction on 200 cases with malignant tumor

目的减毒增效升白汤联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的临床分析。方法将200例恶性肿瘤化疗的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例,治疗组服用减毒增效升白汤,每天1剂,水煎服;对照组服用利血生200mg、鲨肝醇100mg,每天3次。2组疗程均4周。试验采用单盲法。观察2组治疗前后白细胞、免疫学指标、生活质量及症状缓解等变化。结果治疗组白细胞、总稳定率、生活质量总稳定率、免疫学指标及症状缓解率明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后各项指标明显优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。对照组治疗后只有NK指标优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论减毒增效升白汤可增强恶性肿瘤化疗患者的白细胞总稳定率,改善其生存质量和全身症状,提高机体免疫力,达到减毒增效的作用。

Objective To analysis the effect of chemotherapeutics with Jianduzengxiaoshengbai decoction on malignant tumor. Methods 200 cases of malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups 100 for each. The treatment group was treated by Jianduzengxiaoshengbai decoction, one dose a day, water be fried. The control group were treated by leucogen tablet（20mg） and batilol tablet（100mg） oral,thrice a day. The therapeutic course was four weeks in both groups. The changes in leucocyte, immune indexes, life quality and symptoms of patients were observed before and after treatment by single blind method. Results The changes of leucocytic, the total steady rate,the overall stability and quality of life, the rate of immunological indicators and symptom relief in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. All indexes were significantly improved after treatment in treatment group（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The control group after the treatment only have natural killer better than treatment front, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Jianduzengxiaoshengbai decoction has more effective on the treatment malignant tumor of enhancing leucocytic total stability rate,improving life quality and whole body symptom,strengthenning the machine body immunity dint,attain to the effect of reducing poison and increasing function.
