摘要
目的观察中药复方舒肝健脾口服液对肝脏受药物损伤后的影响。方法将60只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和治疗组,各20只。模型组和治疗组用腹腔注射给予四氯化碳的方法致大鼠肝脏损伤模型,造模后治疗组给予舒肝健脾口服液灌胃治疗。所有大鼠均以血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、透明质酸(HA)的含量为指标,并观察其血液流变及组织学改变的差异。结果治疗组血清ALT、AST、PCⅢ、HA均显著低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血液黏度升高,红细胞(RBC)和白细胞(WBC)增多,凝血酶原时间(PT)缩短,血小板聚集(PAG)功能增强,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。病理学提示,治疗组肝细胞损伤、肝脏脂肪变性与纤维组织形成较少。结论舒肝健脾口服液在抗药物致肝脏损伤及损伤后纤维化的形成有确切的治疗效果。
Objective To study the effect of compound chinese traditional medience to prevent liver fibrosis induced by carbon tetrachloride. Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into three groups ( control group, model group and treatment group)averagely. Model group and treatment group seted up a liver fibrosis model of rats celiac injection of carbon tetrachloride, then the treatment group treated with compound chinese traditional medience. The levels of serum ALT, AST, PC RI and HA were detected and pathologic changes of hepatic tissues were analyzed on the three groups. Results The levels of serum ALT, AST, PC Ⅲand HA in the treatment group were lower than those of model group( P 〈 0.05 ) and the pathologic results under microscope were much better than model group,the viscosity of blood hoisted, RBC and WBC increased, while the PT shortened,the ability of PAG strengthened( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Besides, pathology result showed that hepatocyte damnify, adipose chang and fiber tissues of liver in the treatment group were fewer in treatment group. Conclusion Compound chinese traditional medience is an effective drug to prevent liver fibrosis.
