甲硝唑注射液冲洗会阴切口240例效果观察

Treatment effect of observation of episiotomy with metronidazole injection: 240 cases report

目的观察甲硝唑冲洗在会阴切开缝合术中的临床疗效。方法选择440例行会阴侧切分娩的产妇,随机分为治疗组240例和对照组200例。治疗组在会阴切口缝合前先用0.5%甲硝唑注射液100ml冲洗切口及周围组织后再行会阴切口缝合;对照组不用0.5%甲硝唑注射液冲洗切口而直接缝合。结果治疗组会阴侧切术后切口Ⅰ期愈合213例(88.8%)显著高于对照组的121例(60.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。平均愈合天数治疗组为(4±0.8)d,短于对照组的(9±1.2)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在会阴切开术中应用甲硝唑冲洗切口后再进行缝合,可明显增加切口Ⅰ期愈合率,缩短愈合天数,减轻患者痛苦,是一种简单、安全、有效的方法。

Objective To observe the effect of metronidazole in treating obstetrical lateral incision wound. Methods 400 pregnant women giving birth routine episiotomy were divided randomly into two groups ： treatment group （ 240 cases） and control group（200 cases）. The treatment group were gived 0.5% metronidazole injection to irrigate wound before stitching it and control group without irrigating. Results The patients healing by first intention in treatment group were 213 cases （88.8%）, significantly higher than that in control group （60.5 % ）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. The average intention days are（4.0± 0.8 ）in treatment group and（9.0 ±1.2）in control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion It is a safe,simple and effective measure that metronidazole injection was used to irrigate wound before stitching, it can improve the rate of healing by first intention, shorten the healing of the number of days and alleviate the suffering of patients.
