观察重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗单纯疱疹的疗效

The treatment effect of recombinant human interferon α-2b spray on herpes simplex

目的观察重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗单纯疱疹的疗效。方法采取随机开放、平行对照的方法,60例单纯疱疹患者分为治疗组(A组)30例和对照组(B组)30例。以重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂外用作为治疗组,以3%阿昔洛韦软膏外用作为对照组进行对比观察。结果治疗组在治疗单纯疱疹的症状好转程度和治愈总病程天数上优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂是治疗单纯疱疹安全、有效的新型药物。

Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human interferon α-2b spray on herpes simplex. Methods By random-open and parallel-controll method,60 cases patients on Herpes simplex were divided into the treatment group （ A group） 30 cases and the control group（ B group） 30 cases. The patients in treatment group were treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b spray,the patients in control group were treated with 3% aeyclovir ointment. Results Herpes simplex degree of improvement in symptoms and cure of the total days on the course in the treatment group were better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α-2b spray is a safe and effective new medicines of treating herpes simplex.
