This paper gave an outline of thoughts and practices for modem forestry development, indicating the responsibility and historical task of ecological culture construction. Industrial thoughts should be used for the design of forest development, emphasizing the forest management and application and developing the leading corporations, to build up more exoteric forestry. To improve the industrial forestry management, the innovation and technology should be dependent, following the basic rules and policies which concentrating on the industrialization of ecological management aimed to forest economic province.
