摘要
1992年8月至1997年6月共收治手术病理证实胆囊癌患者73例，术后1月内死亡9例（死亡率12．6％）。回顾性分析并比较死亡患者与术后非死亡患者临床及病理特征，发现高胆红素血症、肝功状况较差及肾功衰竭等是死亡的主要原因。应加强患者的术前检查及围手术期处理，减少单纯剖腹探查术。
Nine patients who died within 1 Month after the operation of gallbladder carcinoma were performed (mortalityl2.6% )from 1992 to 1997,during which 73 patients of gallbladder carcinoma were confirmed by operation and biopsy. By comparingthe clinical and pathological characteristics with the postoperative alive patients,it was revealed that hyperbilirubinremia,hepaticdesfunction and renal failure were the major lethal factors.
